Sonitrol Corp. has purchased a Sonitrol Security franchise in San Bernardino, Calif., that serves a large customer base in Southern California’s Inland Empire. The franchise had been owned by PSI, a subsidiary of Integrated Alarm Service Group (IASG).
As part of the move, whose terms have not been announced, the San Bernardino central station will close and have its operations transferred to Sonitrol’s Ft. Worth, Texas, station.
“This is an extension of our existing footprint and confirms our commitment to be the verified leader in electronic security in the Southern California region,” says Scott Wilson, general manager of the California region for Sonitrol.
