After a six-month review process, Sonitrol Corp. has
selected CTS Interconnect Systems, part of CTS Corp., as
its new manufacturer. CTS will provide manufacturing and
forward logistics services for Sonitrol’s security
equipment. The Elkhart, Ind., electronic manufacturing
services (EMS) provider is called a “complementary fit” by
Sonitrol to its business model of outsourcing manufacturing
and distribution.
Sonitrol was recently sold by Tyco to a group of investors.
“CTS has the combined manufacturing efficiency, high quality, and distribution capabilities that will provide the best overall value for Sonitrol,” says Sonitrol Director of Distribution Antonio Gonclaves.
