Speakers Highlight 2004 NAMTSE


The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) has several
speakers planned for its annual North American
Monitoring Technology Symposium & Exhibition (NAMTSE).  The
opening general session on April 17 will feature Jeff
Prough, president of Michigan’s Guardian Alarm Co., at 8

Prough’s presentation, “Pace, Purpose and Performance – the
Pathway to Greater Personal and Professional Success,” will
detail people’s struggle to balance personal and
professional lives.

Security Sales & Integration Editor-in-Chief Scott
Goldfine will present an analysis of SSI‘s latest
Dealer Survey on April 19 at 12:30 p.m. The session will
explore the trends and opportunities in today’s electronic
security market.

Discussing the security industry’s most innovative thinkers
and their legacies, Ron Davis, president of the Davis
Marketing Group, will present “The Greatest Ideas of the
Industry’s Greatest Thinkers.”

In “Am I Just a Dispatcher,” President of the Public Safety
Group, Tony Harrison, will discuss the critical role
central station dispatchers play in life safety.

The morning session will conclude with an update on the
proposed licensing and reciprocity Congressional bill.

CSAA also announced that state burglar and fire alarm
associations from Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts,
Mississippi, Tennessee and Wisconsin would endorse

The annual conference will take place April 15 through 19
at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tenn. For more
