Speco Technologies is celebrating its 50th anniversary as a manufacturer of video surveillance solutions, audio systems and related products.
“Reaching the 50-year milestone means that our business is here to stay and our philosophy is rock solid,” Speco Technologies Director of Communications Pat Lathouris tells SSI. “Speco Technologies is an independent, private organization which means we can be flexible in our strategies, while creating something a little different and innovative with our products. We also take pride in developing a good relationship with our customers after the sale.”
Speco first began as a supplier to the audio industry before expanding its portfolio of products to the residential and commercial areas of CCTV and audio. The company also continues to pursue the converging of IP networking, video surveillance and two-way communication.
“We look forward to another 50 years,” says Lathouris.
