SSI a Finalist in Editorial Excellence Awards
TORRANCE, Calif.
Security Sales & Integration has been named as a finalist in the Western Publishing Association (WPA) Maggie Awards program, including a nomination in the category of Best Non-Paid Publication/Trade (under 50,000 circulation) and two nominations for Best Interview or Profile/Trade. It is the third straight year that SSI has been named a finalist in the awards, which honor the top magazines published in the Western U.S. Last year, the program included more than 1,700 total entries.
SSI received a record three nominations in all. In the Best Interview category, SSI was nominated for Editor-in-Chief Scott Goldfine’s September interview with ADT President Mike Snyder and for his October profile and interview of 9/11 hero Richard Picciotto, former New York City fire battalion commander.
The 54th Annual Maggie Awards will be announced April 22 during a ceremony at the Los Angeles Airport Radisson Hotel.
