NAPERVILLE, Ill. — Stanley Convergent Security Solutions Inc. has reshuffled its national accounts team, including the appointment of Christopher BenVau to senior vice president of national accounts.
BenVau joined Stanley CSS in 2006 as the national account vice president for the West region. In 2007, he was promoted to vice president national accounts for the U.S.
“Chris brings a rich and diverse background in customer partnerships, account management, customer operations and industry experience to his expanded role,” says Tony Byerly, president, Stanley CSS North America and United Kingdom Direct. “He has established and maintained high performance standards and processes for our team that has helped us achieve record high customer satisfaction ratings and keeps us in a leadership position within the highly competitive national account space.”
In his new role, BenVau will lead the Stanley CSS North American National Accounts sales program consisting of Stanley associates in Core National Account Sales, Enterprise Solutions, Government Program, Corrections, National Account Applications Engineering and National Account Customer Relations, Business Development & Administration.
The company also promoted Patrick Mulhern to vice president national accounts for the Eastern region, and Ray Radis to vice president of national accounts for the Western region.
Mulhern previously led the Midwest area team. In his new position, Mulhern will focus on advancing Stanley’s efforts in providing outstanding customer experience through customer partnerships, business transparency and operational excellence.
Radis joined Stanley CSS in 2008 as an area vice president. In his new position, Radis will focus on maintaining the company’s leadership position in the national account market for customer satisfaction, account management and operational delivery to increase market share.
