Stanley CSS Introduces ‘Convergence Center of Excellence’
Stanley Convergent Security Solutions Inc. (CSS) has established a “Convergence Center of Excellence” (CCE) in an effort to raise the bar for performance in the electronic security industry.
The CCE is expected to help the company take a comprehensive, consultative and partnership approach to identifying customers’ needs for the best system integration solution, maximize return on investment, and minimize the total cost of ownership over the project investment life cycle.
The Noblesville, Ind.-based CCE establishes a centralized organization, fully dedicated to enterprise-level integration solutions, design, delivery and support to customers across North America. The Stanley CCE team is comprised of degreed manufacturer certified technology professionals and engineers, certified .NET software developers and Microsoft certified enterprise-level professionals.
The CCE organization is fully integrated with the company’s 1,900-plus employees operating from more than 75 field offices across North America. The organization is expected to provide resources and support to engineer, design, develop, deliver and manage successful projects through value engineering and large project management, including customized software solutions.
“By bringing together previously separated, specialized clusters the CCE is able to utilize its top talent to increase sales, accuracy of equipment requirements, operating margins and ultimately customer satisfaction,” says Bill Fitzhenry, Stanley CSS vice president of field sales, North America. “This new approach gives our customers the continued local touch their projects need and adds the global resources and expertise that makes Stanley CSS unique.”
