Increasing its grasp of the corrections facility market, Stanley Security Solutions has acquired West Chester, Pa.-based security systems installer Pinnacle Electronic Systems Inc. The terms of the acquisition have not been released.
Pinnacle provides security controls and monitoring systems for correctional facilities. After the acquisition, Pinnacle will be combined with Stanley Security Solutions Integrator.com to form Stanley Correctional Services.
