MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada РStanley Security Solutions Canada, based here, has acquired Le Groupe Int̩gral, an installing security contractor located in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, that also provides remote monitoring service for residential and commercial customers.
In a prepared statement, Piero Romani, vice president of Stanley Security Canada, said the acquisition continues to strengthen Stanley’s position as a leading provider in the Quebec market.
“The integration of Groupe Intégral with Stanley Security Solutions will enable sustained growth and expanded offerings for our customers. This is a great acquisition for us and we are excited to continue serving those customers with world-class monitoring and service,” Romani said.
Sylvain Gauthier, president of Le Groupe Intégral, added the acquisition better positions the company to service its customers in an ever evolving industry.
“Stanley Security Solutions Canada is working together with Groupe Intégral staff to create some exciting new programs and offerings for Groupe Intégral customers,” he said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction closed June 30.
