GREASQUE, France—STid, a developer of security and identification solutions, has achieved a new turning point in access security with the announcement of EN17640 certification for its flagship application, STid Mobile ID.

Following its development of its certified reader and communication protocol, STid reaffirmed its position at the forefront of security during the 2024 Expo Protection exhibition in Paris.

The French company explains that EN17640 certification recognizes a high level of reliability for its STid Mobile ID in securing identities and access, ensuring compliance with the stringent requirements of GDPR, SecNumCloud, and ISO27001. STid asserts that through this certification, organizations of all sizes can now rely on a secure, intuitive mobile identification solution with robust data protection. The company stresses the extensive certification process was conducted in collaboration with Cabinet Louis Reynaud and its certification department.
