Supreme Security Systems, a New Jersey-based independent, full-service electronic security provider, says it has acquired Maplewood, N.J.-based Krueger Security Systems Inc., an alarm company serving business and residential customers.
“With more than 200 accounts, including many high-profile businesses and a number of key national accounts, the Krueger transaction allows us to further expand our customer base in areas that we currently service,” says Robert Bitton, CEO of Supreme Security.
In business since 1994, Krueger Security was previously owned and operated by Murray Krueger and family. The Krueger executive team elected to divest itself of the alarm business in order to concentrate on its existing electrical contracting business.
Supreme Security has offered alarm system installation to commercial and residential customers since 1929. In 1947, it was awarded a listing by UL to install certificated burglar alarm systems.
