Surveillance Specialties Ltd. (SURV), a commercial security systems integration firm, has acquired the assets of Boulos Security Systems LLC of Portland, Maine.
Boulos Security Systems is an affiliate of CBRE/The Boulos Co., a Northern New England real estate services firm. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
“SURV is strategically investing, through external acquisitions as well as internal development, in our ability to broaden our service offerings,” says Arthur Bourque, president of Surveillance Specialties Ltd. “We are confident that with the team at Boulos Security spearheading SURV’s efforts in Maine and northern New England, the combined entity will deliver immediate and impactful [sic] business benefit to our respective customers.”
Boulos Security will continue to service its customer base from Portland.
