Ever watch a video or read a story about a car getting hit by a train and wonder, “What kind of dummy can’t see a train coming?” Seems like a pretty easy situation to avoid right?

Well the lady whose car is struck by a train in this week’s featured video has a pretty good excuse. In this case, it’s her car’ss fault.

It also doesn’t help that a train just went by and the crossing gates began to rise. As soon as they went up, they began to lower again, trapping several drivers on the tracks, one of which recorded the event on their dash cam.

The driver yells at the woman to get off the tracks but her car stalled. Eventually she leaves the car and the other driver backs up his truck just in time before the train comes and smashes the incapacitated car.
