Top 9 Surveillance Videos of the Week: Dog Starts Fire Stealing Pancakes

Other top surveillance videos of the week include sisters beating up a would-be carjacker, an ax-wielding sneaker thief and more.

In this week’s Top Surveillance Videos…

If there is one rule to follow when owning a dog, it’s never leave food around when you aren’t home. They WILL find a way to eat it. Trust me.

My dog once ate the toppings off a pizza. Only the toppings! He left the actual pie perfectly intact so we thought the pizzeria messed up the order.

One homeowner learned this lesson the hard way after one of their dogs turned the stove on while foraging for leftover pancakes.

Home surveillance video shows a dog go over to the stove and accidentally turning on the ignition while attempting to get at a plate of leftover pancakes.

Eventually a fire starts as the owner’s dogs watch it grow from the couch. Fortunately, help soon arrives thanks to the fire alarm being connected to a monitored alarm system.

Also this week…

Someone call Vince McMahon, these sisters belong in the WWE. The women were attacked by a suspect who followed them into a nail salon to try and steal their car keys.

The suspect begins attacking the women, however they valiantly fight back with everything they can, including chairs. The store owner soon arrives with help but at that point, the situation is pretty much under control.

Make sure to check out the rest of this week’s top surveillance videos which include the theft of a $60K chain, an ax-wielding sneaker thief and much more! Got a story about your dog eating your food? Leave it in the comments below!
