Designed to cover the footprint of a previously installed detector, the product can be mounted in seconds for a clean, low-profile finish ideal for commercial and residential applications, according to the company. Installation of the plate enables contractors to upgrade customers to the CO1224T CO detector with RealTest, which allows installers to test the detector with a short spray of a CO gas agent.
