St. Charles, Ill.-based System Sensor announces its full line of i3Series photoelectric smoke detectors with sounders. These two- and four-wire models generate an 85 dBA temporal tone and are ideal for residential applications, according to the company.
All i3 Series detectors are designed with a focus on the i3principles of installation ease, intelligence and instant inspection. Features include a plug-in design that enables efficient wire management and pre-wiring capabilities; intelligent drift compensation and smoothing algorithms designed to reduce unnecessary maintenance calls; and a visual status indication at each detector that differentiates between normal and abnormal conditions.
