It seems like every time we turn around, we hear about a school, hospital or institution of higher education installing security cameras or upgrading the systems they already have in place. Many have also adopted body-worn cameras for their police and security officers. But what are the challenges facing campuses with obtaining, installing, monitoring, supporting and maintaining these systems? And what have been their successes?

To find out, SSI sister publication Campus Safety magazine is conducting a survey on video surveillance, which can be taken by clicking here. If you are responsible for the safety and security of a hospital, university, school or school district, we want your input on this important topic.

We ask that you complete our online survey, which should take about five minutes. Please note that your personal information, answers, E-mail address and identity, as well as that of your campus will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used in tabulation with other answers.
