Bob DeMoss, a sales manager with Tamron USA, passed away
from heart failure on March 22. He was 56. DeMoss was the
eastern regional sales manager, industrial optics division
for the video optics manufacturer. DeMoss came to Tamron in
2003 after he was the mid-Atlantic regional sales manager
for Recognition Source LLC. He initially was the
southeastern regional sales manager of Tamron’s Industrial
Optics Division before he was promoted in 2004.

“Bob DeMoss was one of the happiest-go-lucky individuals I
have ever met and have had the good fortune to have known,”
says Steve Beaulieu, national sales manager for Tamron’s
Industrial Optics Division. “Tamron was the fourth company
at which we worked together. Bob had become not only a good
business colleague, but a close personal friend. He was
someone you could always count on and one who would always
make you laugh. Bob will be greatly missed.”

DeMoss is survived by his wife, Stephanie DeMoss; his
daughters, Lori DeMoss Conrad and Carrie DeMoss Brown; his
stepchildren, Zachary and Judiann Harvey; and his
grandchildren, Christopher, Madison and Carissa. He is also
survived by his mother, Maggie Prucino; his brothers, Bill
DeMoss, Bruce DeMoss and Rick DeMoss; and two sisters, Lisa
DeMoss and Michelle LeFevre.
