Tane Alarm of New Hyde Park, N.Y., has developed the Tane Pill Side Leads (SL) for tight-fitting window applications. Using the side leads, the contact can be installed in a track without drilling holes in a frame, and wires can be run down the side and underneath.
The matching magnet can be mounted on top or on the side for maximum gap. The SL doubles as a surface mount, giving a clean round modern finish when stuck on a surface.
