Tech Systems has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 compliant Quality Management System certification by BSI of Reston, Va., an independent quality assessments company.
The ISO 9001:2000 is an internationally recognized quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Companies are required to implement a quality management system (QMS) to be considered for certification. The QMS must incorporate customer expectations into every aspect of a continually improving system of processes and results.
“Exceeding the expectations of our clients remains a must; simply meeting them will no longer suffice,” says Darryl Keeler, president, Tech Systems. “In today’s business environment there is no room for complacency. Now that we’re an ISO 9001 registered company, the bar has been raised and our company has forever been changed to one that will be even further driven by quality and excellence in everything we do.”
Tech Systems underwent several months of assessments and auditing by BSI to earn the certification.
