Compliant with section 26.6.3.1 of NFPA 72, 2010, the product can serve as the primary communications path for commercial fire alarm systems, replacing all of the landlines users dedicate to their master control unit. It provides a signal to central stations within five minutes of an outage, according to the company.
Additionally, the product can deliver three layers of redundancy using 3G HSPA-based networks, GPRS network and SMS.
