ST. LOUIS — The Edmonds Group, an investment bank specializing in recurring revenue businesses, has named Douglas Schultz as senior vice president.
Schultz has more than 30 years of experience in various senior executive level positions with a number of large financial service organizations. In addition to providing transaction assistance, he will provide clients a range of business/financial advisory services.
Prior to joining The Edmonds Group, Shultz was president of Waste Remedies, a consulting company specializing in waste stream analysis and logistics.
Schultz formerly served as CFO for SLP Capital, a specialty lender to the alarm industry that was acquired by CapitalSource in 2004, and CFO of residential alarm company Alarm One.
