EXTON, Pa. — The Protection Bureau has hired five new people to its team.
As installation technician, Alex Speranza will install all types of security systems, with a specialty in access control and CCTV. He is certified on C•CURE 800 and 9000 from Software House, Facility Commander and Picture Perfect from UTC Fire & Security, and many other physical access control systems. Speranza has more than 17 years of experience in the security industry.
John Fee will now serve as central station operator for the company’s monitoring center in Exton, Pa. In this position, Fee will respond to alarms and provide dispatching support. He will also assist clients with testing their systems and troubleshooting alarm issues before generating a service ticket.
Fee replaces Kathleen McCall, who will now serve as accounting clerk. In this position, McCall will be responsible for monthly invoicing, updating client accounts and handling accounts receivable. She has more than 15 years of customer service experience.
As a first-time entrant into the electronic security industry, Brian Booth joins the company as a junior security consultant. He has previous sales experience and a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing.
Joe McDevitt Jr. will serve as a fire inspector. McDevitt will participate in an extensive training program prior to being responsible for preforming inspections and issuing letters of certifications to clients.
