Electronic security products distributor The Systems Depot begins 2006 with a flurry of activity, including announcing a new “Depot Express™” route, refurbishing its Web site and releasing a new version of its ad-free, comprehensive products catalog and manual.
Introduced in 2004, the Depot Express service brings face-to-face service directly to the customer. A new route is being established in West Virginia to serve such communities as Charleston, Huntington, Beckley, Princeton,
Bluefield and Parkersburg. The other Depot Express routes are in Kentucky and southern Ohio.
Coinciding with the new Depot Express route, the first day of the year brought a new look to the distribution company’s Web site. The redesigned site, located at www.thesystemsdepot.com, includes new features such as an online store and catalog, purchasing instructions and updated branch locations.
As another resource to customers, The Systems Depot has released the second edition of its Application Guide. Introduced for the first time in late 2004, the ad-free Application Guide is designed to be a comprehensive guide to security products, with more than 1,400 pages of product information that includes price, application, features, specifications, benefits and a high-resolution image.
