Integrated Security Systems Inc. announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Intelli-Site Inc. has completed a systems integrator agreement with Thompson Electronics Co. of Peoria, Ill. The pact calls for Intelli-Site to supply its Intelli-Site NT(r) security systems integration software and services to Thompson for licensing to end users with projects requiring the integration of multiple security applications involving subsystems and devices from various manufacturers. Terms and conditions of the accord were not disclosed. Thompson is a diversified electronics contractor focusing on the design, development and installation of integrated systems and services for correctional, institutional, governmental, industrial and commercial organizations throughout the Midwest.

“Thompson’s position as an established provider of quality electronic contracting services, particularly within the courthouse and correctional facility market segment, continues Intelli-Site’s momentum with its strategic initiative to become a top supplier of integration software to the corrections industry,” says Steve Darley, vice president of sales for Intelli-Site.
