The Salvation Army, San Mateo County branch, received a
portable PA system donated by TOA Electronics Inc., a South
San Francisco-based manufacturer of commercial audio and
security products.

The system consists of one WA-1822 UHF wireless meeting
amplifier and one WM-4210 vocal handheld wireless
microphone. The Salvation Army said the system would be
utilized for its community outreach programs and charitable
causes, including drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

“We needed a portable PA system for many of the programs
we serve, including our outdoor youth program,” says Major
Daniel Abella of the Salvation Army. “A portable system is
a good fit for our needs, since our programs are conducted
in a variety of locations.”
