Just a week or two into the start of the school year, two scary scenarios have occured where children have been struck by vehicles after exiting school buses.
Even with school bus stop signs out and flashing, the drivers of these vehicles either didn’t understand the law to stop for school bus stop signs, or simply didn’t have their eyes on the road when these kids crossed the street.
This unsettling security camera footage leads off this week’s installment of Surveillance Videos of the Week. Other moments caught on camera include thieves breaking into homes, cars and stores, along with footage of a fatal police encounter inside a Walgreens store.
