FRESNO, Calif. — A man with a bandanna wrapped around his face walked into a liquor store here and pointed a gun at the clerk. The gunman told the woman, “Give me all you got.”

The clerk did not oblige. She was not about to back down without a fight.

The woman was seen on the store’s surveillance video refusing to give the gunman money, which prompted the man to grab the cash register. As he struggled to get control of the register, the woman came around the counter and chased after the man, who immediately caved and tried to leave the store. The woman emerged unharmed as the would-be thief left the store with nothing but a bruised ego.

This footage leads off this installment of the Surveillance Videos of the Week. Other notable videos include shocking footage of an elderly store owner in Hawaii being attacked from behind and put in a choke-hold as an accomplice robbed the store, as well as an elderly man being injured in a hit-and-run as he mowed his lawn.
