Toronto Police Won’t Charge For Blackout False Alarms

The Toronto Police Department announces that due to the massive blackout on Aug. 14, it will not be charging false alarm fines for alarms that occurred between 4 p.m. on Thursday, August 14 to 12 a.m. on Sunday, August 17.
