Systems integrator Trans-Alarm Inc. has acquired the security monitoring accounts of Omaha, Neb.-based Continental Alarm & Detection, a division of Continental Fire Sprinkler Co.
The sale includes a majority of the monitoring accounts of Continental. Most of the accounts are in commercial markets, located mainly in Nebraska and Iowa.
Alarm monitoring services will be provided by Trans-Alarm; Continental will continue to offer fire sprinkler and alarm system installation, maintenance and inspection services.
