Trans-Alarm Inc., a provider of commercial and industrial building security and fire monitoring systems, has completed the purchase of the monitoring accounts of Ramsey, Minn.-based WEBCO Security Inc.
The acquired accounts are located within the seven-county metropolitan area of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn.
WEBCO is a provider of residential automation and security systems, working predominately with local builders in structured cabling, life safety and security products for new construction and remodeling.
Trans-Alarm operates a U.L. listed central station, located at its headquarters in Burnsville, Minn.
