Tri-Ed, an independent wholesale distributor of security and low-voltage products, is offering Kantech certification training this month at several of its branch locations.
The two-day Kantech Dealer CE Training course, providing an access control overview, will be held Jan. 17-18 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Tri-Ed’s Milford, Conn., Phoenix, San Diego and Dallas locations. It will be offered during the same hours at the Denver branch on Jan. 23-24, and at the Charlotte, N.C., branch on Jan. 24-25.
The intensive two-day session represents an opportunity to learn the basics of access control and become a factory-authorized dealer of the popular brand of access control systems.
The course fee is $500. Each participant will receive a demonstration kit and a manual. Everyone who completes the course will be certified to use the software provided. Two additional staff members of the same company may also participate in the training at no extra charge. Free lunch will be provided.
