Tri-Ed/Northern Video Distribution announces the acquisition of Fremont, Calif.-based Martin’s Security Depot, expanding the company’s distribution footprint in the San Francisco area.
The deal for Martin’s marks the first acquisition for Tri-Ed/Northern Video Distribution since the two companies merged after being purchased by a private equity firm in March.
Martin’s sales staff will be consolidated into Tri-Ed/Northern Video’s Union City location, which is managed by Jason Johnson. Tri-Ed/Northern Video is offering customers a free welcome gift with their first purchase at the newly consolidated branch.
