More than 80 installing security contractors recently attended Tri-Ed/Northern Video Distribution’s IP Technology Road Show at the Hamilton Crowne Plaza in Washington, D.C.
Held June 24, the event provided attendees a chance to take part in a variety of comprehensive training programs hosted by leading vendors such as Aiphone, Altronix, Dedicated Micros, GE Security, Nuvico, Panasonic, Pelco, Samsung Security, Sony and Toshiba.
“We had a tremendous turnout at the IP Technology Roadshow,” says Bob Farquhar, manager of the wholesale distributor’s Washington D.C. Metro branch. “Our customers turn to us for technical training, and we’re very pleased to be able to facilitate that for them and keep them competitive amidst all the changing technologies.”
Tri-Ed/Northern Video will also host three additional training sessions throughout the remainder of the year. An updated event schedule is available on the company’s Web site.
