METAIRIE, La. – Tri-Ed has expanded its footprint in the Louisiana market with the acquisition of SecurityPro Warehouse (SPW).
Established in 2000, SPW is a full service wholesale distributor of security products and related equipment. With more than 40 years of combined experience in the security industry, the SPW team has been servicing the Louisiana, Mississippi and Gulf Coast regions for almost 15 years.
As part of the deal, Tri-Ed will maintain SPW’s Metarie, La.-based location and move its current New Orleans branch into the 10,000-square-foot facility.
“Mike and Kathy Brown have built a terrific business in the Louisiana market and we look forward to having them as part of our team.
