SafeStreetsUSA was founded by Todd Herman, Barry Simmons and Michael Robson; Gaylord Security was founded by Kevin Gaylord; and ASC Security USA was founded by Mark Sessa. Each of the businesses have been in the ADT dealer program practically from its inception in 1996.

“We had a unique opportunity to combine these businesses and grow our footprint. We think this will provide several operational efficiencies, cost reductions and longer term marketing opportunities for us,” Herman says. “We combined many of our systems day one and see further opportunities for operational enhancements and cost synergies.”

Gaylord and Sessa will continue to provide executive leadership for SafeStreets going forward.

The combined company will operate principally from offices in Garner, N.C., and Kent, Wash., with other administrative functions performed in Riverside, Calif.
