Amityville, N.Y.-based SpecoTechnologies announces its IP-based Triplex family ofDVRs. Standard features include 160GB hard drive with MPEG-4 triplexoperation that allows simultaneous recording, viewing live andplayback.
The latest models have 16 channels with a built-in 750GB harddrive, 120fps (DVR-16TN/750), 240fps (DVR-16TS/750) or 480fps(DVR-16TT/750) which features real time recording.Triplex family DVRs include a free DDNS server and are upgradeable upto 2.25TB, according to the company. Digital Deterrent™, acrime prevention system, is also available in TN series models.
