U.S. Security Associates Acquires Landmark Protection
The acquisition strengthens U.S. Security Associates’ portfolio of clients in the California marketplace.
U.S. Security Associates purchased Landmark Protection Corporate Security for undisclosed terms.
ATLANTA – Guarding and security technology provider U.S. Security Associates, based here, has acquired Landmark Protection Corporate Security, a provider of security services in Northern California. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Muldoon III, president, Western region, U.S. Security Associates. “Their expertise and reputation in these vertical markets is going to blend seamlessly with our own regional team of experts and recent technology developments to provide all our clients with the best security solutions possible.”
Daniel Miranda, founder, president and CEO of Landmark Protection will join U.S. Security Associates as senior vice president of strategic development and innovation.
