ATLANTA – Guarding and security technology provider U.S. Security Associates, based here, has acquired Landmark Protection Corporate Security, a provider of security services in Northern California. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Daniel Miranda, founder, president and CEO of Landmark Protection will join U.S. Security Associates as senior vice president of strategic development and innovation.
