ATLANTA – Guarding and security technology provider U.S. Security Associates has acquired Richmond, Va.-based ODS Security Solutions, strengthening the company’s capabilities within the healthcare marketplace. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition will provide U.S. Security Associates, based here, with additional capacity to develop and provide unique solutions to meet its clients’ needs, according to Richard Wyckoff, president and CEO.

Rafe Wilkinson, former CEO of ODS, will join U.S. Security Associates and continue to lead the healthcare market segment’s strategic development.
