SAN ANTONIO, Texas — United Central Control (UCC), a leading contract monitoring company, has appointed Tom McNeil as national account executive. Based in Chicago, McNeil will put years of security industry experience to use assisting installing security companies in the Midwest and Northeast.
McNeil has worked in the industry since 2002. He formerly served at UCC as an account executive before accepting a position with Security Partners in 2015 as vice president of sales. He has also served in business development for Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS), managing a 13-state territory, as well as coordinated sales at Honeywell Security, Westec Interactive, Gelco Information Network and ADT.
In a press release, McNeil emphasizes UCC’s commitment to quality and customer relationships. “I feel fortunate to work for such a high-quality company. I look forward to working one-on-one with alarm-installing companies by showing them how UCC can help their business grow.”
UCC Senior Vice President of Sales Mark Matlock says McNeil’s industry experience will help the wholesale monitoring provider expand its focus in the key Midwest and Northeast territories.
“Dealers in Texas and the southern region of the United States understand the value UCC can bring to their business,” says Matlock. “We look forward to Tom working with dealers in new regions and showing them what a valuable asset the right contract monitoring company can be.”
UCC President Teresa Gonzalez says she knows McNeil will be a great representative of the company and its customers.
“Tom is very good at establishing relationships with his clients that provide the attention and customer service they deserve while also representing the company values of personal service that UCC has worked very hard to establish,” says Gonzalez. “We are excited to have him at UCC and we look forward to continued success together.”
