Ultra-Scan Corp., a fingerprint identification technology manufacturer, received the 2004 Biometrics Entrepreneurial Company of the Year Award from consulting firm Frost & Sullivan.
The award comes to Ultra-Scan as recognition for its work in biometrics, specifically its use of high-frequency ultrasonic technology to generate fingerprint images.
Frost & Sullivan presents the award annually to an emerging company demonstrating excellent entrepreneurial performance in its industry.
