Ultrak Restructures Company, Closes Ohio Facility

As part of the company’s return to profitability, Ultrak says it will close its Carroll, Ohio, manufacturing facility to help increase overall efficiency, while maintaining product quality. The company has contracted out for the making of its products at a facility closer to its headquarters in Lewisville, Texas.

John Cannon, vice president of operations, says the company does not expect to have any disruptions in its supply chain as a result of the transition.
