UTC Fire & Security to Revamp Product Portfolio
BRADENTON, Fla. — Following the acquisition of GE Security in March, UTC Fire & Security will now offer a comprehensive range of security products through four primary brands: Interlogix, Lenel, Supra and Onity.
Each of the four brands will operate as individual businesses with product development, customer support and sales teams, according to UTC Fire & Security Global Security Products Group President Mark Barry.
Interlogix offers intrusion, video surveillance, fiber transmission and access control products with focused programs and tools for the residential market and the small-to-medium commercial enterprise segment.
Lenel, a provider of enterprise software and integrated systems for corporate and government security customers, will offer OnGuard, SkyPoint, Facility Commander for Windows and Picture Perfect integration platforms.
As a global electronic security provider, Onity supports the hospitality and education sectors with products that include electronic locks, in-room safes and energy management solutions.
Electronic key management systems manufacturer Supra offers solutions for real estate, property management, automotive and industrial sectors.
“Lenel, Supra and Onity have well established reputations for product excellence, and we are excited to re-introduce the Interlogix brand to promote our residential and commercial solutions,” says Barry. “We will continue to support our strong product brands under these businesses.”
