Verint Announces Engage 2022 User Conference

The event is said to deliver a unique look into the technology and trends impacting the financial services market and how users can mitigate these challenges.

MELVILLE, N.Y. —  Verint Systems (Nasdaq: VRNT), global provider of security and intelligence data mining software, announces it will host its annual user conference, Engage, in Orlando, Fla., on June 13-16, 2022.

The event is said to deliver a unique look into the technology and trends impacting the financial services market and how users can mitigate these challenges.

Engage brings together leaders and practitioners across technology innovation, customer engagement and strategic leadership functions to embrace innovation and invent the future of the banking landscape.

Verint says the customer experience has never held a more pivotal role in adopting and purchasing technology. Digital transformation and how teams work to secure and protect bank branches have changed over the past two years. There is now an increased focus on how banks integrate security technologies and mobility with business functions, finding ways to optimize operations while reducing fraud.

“At Verint, we know our customer’s experiences have a monumental impact on the changing face of banking,” says Matt Tengwall, general manager, fraud and security solutions, Verint. “As the business landscape continues to shift, it’s important to learn from each other, and Engage provides a forum to collaborate and explore the landscape of what’s possible.”

Experts will deliver insights and ideas across a variety of keynotes and sessions. The conference will also feature demonstrations of Verint’s new technologies for security and fraud reduction. Interactive workshops and discussions will empower attendees to learn how to maximize their Verint investment and drive organizational change, according to the company.

  • Brian Stephens, senior managing director, Teneo Risk Advisory, and former chief security officer, Bank of America, will discuss the changing risk landscape.
  • Paul Boucherle, principal, Matterhorn Consulting, and SSI Business Fitness columnist, will moderate a discussion on ATM attacks and best practices to mitigate these occurrences.
  • Matt Tengwall will present the results of an ASIS-sponsored survey that queried ASIS members on the current state of banking.
