The Ultra by Tyco Fire & Security’s American Dynamics of San Diego is a new Intellex digital video management platform. According to the company, the Ultra delivers greater value, performance, reliability and integration capabilities than comparable products.
The Intellex Ultra’s slim design saves valuable rack space, and its video compression algorithm reduces storage costs and increases image retrieval times. The device seamlessly integrates with existing Intellex products and has a separate solid-state system drive to eliminate system downtime with a RAID-5 option.
