Video: Robber Gets Stuck in Corridor, Frantically Tries (Fails) to Escape Until Arrested

The man's best efforts to escape were repeatedly denied by the door before police arrived on the scene.

One man’s attempt to rob a California store goes horribly, hilariously wrong when he gets trapped in an empty corridor, resulting in Friday’s Video of the Day.

The video surveillance shows the criminal frantically trying to break through the door to escape. He tried donkey kicks and full-speed shoulder drives, but was repeatedly denied by the door.

He’s finally able to break through the door only to realize the door doesn’t lead to an exit, but another room, leaving him still trapped in the corridor awaiting his inevitable arrest.

One almost starts to feel bad for the man until they remember the reason he was locked in this predicament in the first place.

The man was finally rescued by police arriving on the scene, leaving him hopelessly down on his knees with his hands on his head in surrender.
