In this week’s Top Surveillance Videos…

It often seems like there are two types of delivery driver: the kind the steals or wrecks packages, and the kind that saves people.

Fortunately, this week we have an example of the latter.

Video doorbell footage shows a four-year-old open the door to bring in a massive package that was just delivered. The boy attempts to lift the 100lb box but it falls on top of him and pins him down.

The young boy screams for help as the UPS driver walks back to his vehicle but as soon as he hears him, he turns and dashes to the boy’s rescue.

He lifts the box off and the boy promptly pops up, unharmed.

Also this week…

The heroes of this next rescue are perhaps more expected. Body camera video shows the moment two Phoenix police officers rescue a man from a burning vehicle.

The man became trapped after crashing his car into a tree. The police officers can be see attempting to break the SUV’s windows, but are unsuccessful until a nearby neighbor hands them a fire extinguisher to break the window with.

They were able to successfully remove and resuscitate the victim.
