Viisage Technology Inc., a manufacturer of face recognition technology and identification systems and solutions, and Graphco Technologies Inc. (G-TEC™), a developer of technology and solutions for biometric authentication, secure access and secure hosting services, announce that they have entered into a partnership whereby G-TEC will integrate Viisage’s face recognition technology into G-TEC’s Bastille® and FaceTrac™ product lines.
Bastille is G-TEC’s criminal intelligence information sharing system. It is a secure communication system for criminal incident management. The system gives law enforcement access to an integrated array of tools to manage criminal cases and solve crimes. The Bastille products will now incorporate Viisage Technology’s patented FaceFINDER™ face recognition search engine as a component of FaceTrac™. FaceTrac™ is G-TEC’s proprietary facial recognition application for surveillance and access to secure areas that integrates facial recognition and secure database technologies. FaceTrac™ has applications in the law enforcement, public transportation, corporate and home security markets.
