Vivotek Pulls Out of ISC West 2020 Citing Coronavirus Concerns

The company says its decision to withdraw from the event was made to protect its employees from any possible exposure to COVID-19.

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Vivotek announced Thursday that it will not exhibit at ISC West due to ongoing coronavirus pandemic concerns.

“At Vivotek USA, Inc., the health and safety of all employees is number one priority during this time of national and global crisis,” David Liu, president of Vivotek USA, states in the announcement. “As such, we have decided to cancel our participation at the 2020 ISC West show. We look forward to meeting with our industry partners, friends, and customers face-to-face at such events when these health concerns have been alleviated.”

Vivotek markets its video surveillance wares worldwide, including network cameras, video servers, NVRs, PoE solutions and video management software. The company has strategic alliances with leading international software and hardware partners and works with more than 183 authorized distributors across 116 countries.
